Stonegate sues Marsh in COVID-19 BI spat

Stonegate Pub Company, one of the six largest pub companies in England and Wales, is suing Marsh in an 85 million pound ($110 million) professional negligence claim related to the COVID-19 business interruption (BI) litigation.
