Parametric covers are “perfect product” for third-party capital: Sapnar

Parametric products are a “very good fit” for pension fund, hedge fund and sovereign wealth fund money wanting to access catastrophe risk without the trapped capital issues that have impacted the collateralised ILS market, according to TransRe CEO Mike Sapnar.
