NZ regulator mulls divestment package on Aon-WTW merger

New Zealand’s Commerce Commission has revealed it is digesting a divestment package relating to the Aon-Willis Towers Watson (WTW) deal that would include the latter’s largest commercial risk broking (CRB) clients serviced out of the country along with various tangible and intangible assets.
