Insurance court cases rise 180% in a decade, new analysis shows

Insurance case volumes have risen 180% in England and Wales in the decade since the Insurance Act 2015 was introduced, indicating the law has "failed to stem the rise" of insurance ‌litigation ending in court, claims resolution firm Mactavish said on Thursday.
