FCA calls in regulatory veteran and NCA boss to strengthen enforcement leadership

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has appointed Therese Chambers and Steve Smart as joint executive directors of enforcement and market oversight as it ramps up efforts to tackle financial crime.
