Exclusive: Howden hires USI aviation leader Van Meter in double team lift-out

Howden has hired James Van Meter, the national aviation practice leader at USI Insurance Services, along with a broader group of around 10 professionals spanning Atlanta and Miami, according to people familiar with the matter, in a double team lift-out that gives the UK broker its first dedicated U.S. aviation capability.
