Everspan sues Cardigan and parent Venbrook for allegedly breaching program agreement

Ambac's Everspan Indemnity has alleged managing general agency Cardigan General and its parent company Venbrook Group breached their contracts by failing to abide by certain conditions in a reinsurance and program agreement between the entities, and failed to pay the Arizona-based insurer a deficit, court documents showed.
