Category 4 Hurricane Hilary threatens dangerous flooding in California

Hurricane Hilary has strengthened into a Category 4 storm as it continues to move northward on its approach towards Southern California, where the storm is expected to bring dangerous flooding to areas which have suffered from prolonged drought.
