RLI to reward investors with $320mn special dividend

RLI is continuing its track record of returning capital to shareholders with a $7.00 a share special cash dividend to holders of common stock that is expected to total around $320mn, following the recent sale of the US specialty insurer’s minority interest in sunglasses maker Maui Jim.
