RLI chair Michael to be succeeded by Duclos after ’24 AGM
US specialty insurer RLI Corp has announced that chairman Jonathan Michael will retire from the board at the conclusion of the 2024 annual shareholders meeting in May and will be succeeded by David Duclos.
