RLI officially appoints Kliethermes CEO and declares $90mn special dividend
RLI Corp’s board has appointed Craig Kliethermes president and CEO from the start of next year in a previously announced move to coincide with the retirement of Jonathan Michael as it also continued its track record of paying special dividends with a $90mn cash payout to shareholders set for next month.
