Omers completes $375mn buy-in to Fairfax-owned Brit
Fairfax Financial has announced the completion of the previously announced transaction in which Canadian pension plan Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (Omers) has bought 14 percent of Brit for $375mn cash.
