Brit Syndicate 2987 cuts GWP 7%; posts 90.8% CR for 2023
Brit’s flagship Syndicate 2987 reported an 8.3 percentage point improvement in its combined ratio and saw its underwriting profit surge to $162.9mn in 2023, although its top line contracted by more than 7 percent driven mainly by a reduction in reinsurance GWP.
