Mills re-engages investors in capital raise to launch Cadence Re ahead of 1.1
Former Verto Syndicate 2689 CEO and Endurance executive Peter Mills is in talks with investors as he looks to secure backing to launch a London-headquartered hybrid reinsurance fund and origination platform with a view to starting to write business from 1 January 2023, The Insurer can reveal.
