Start-up MGA Devonshire confirms €35mn capacity market launch

London MGA Devonshire Underwriting has confirmed its market launch with the BP Marsh-backed start-up able to deploy up to €35mn ($37.6mn) of capacity per line for underwriting transactional risks.
