Axa XL’s new E&S carrier gets AM Best A-plus rating

AM Best has assigned a financial strength rating of A-plus and a long-term issuer credit rating of aa to Axa XL Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance Company, the long-flagged new wholesale-only platform set ‌up by the insurer.
