Zurich ordered to pay restaurants’ BI claims in fourth loss for US insurers

An Ohio district court judge has granted summary judgment to a group of restaurants despite Zurich’s exclusion for claims relating to microorganisms, a ruling that came days after the Cherokee Nation also won summary judgment against its insurers.
