Woodruff Sawyer: D&O price reductions to continue but on “more moderate basis”

US public company directors and officers liability pricing has fallen back to 2020 levels, according to Woodruff Sawyer, with the retail broker reporting that 91 percent of clients have seen cost decreases this year and forecasting they will continue to see savings “but on a more moderate basis”.
