TWFG Q3 organic rev growth slows to 7.6% as adj Ebitda soars nearly 30%

TWFG’s organic revenue growth decelerated to 7.6 percent in the third quarter from 13.4 percent a year ago when the intermediary was privately-held, but the firm’s adjusted Ebitda in the quarter soared by 29.7 percent to $11.7mn from the prior period.
