Sompo Intl and Westfield Specialty end hiring dispute

The litigation brought by Sompo International against Westfield Specialty and its parent has been brought to a close, with the parties agreeing to dismiss all claims related to the new specialty insurer’s hire of at least 14 employees from the Sompo subsidiary.
