Proxy advisers question independence of Hannover Re supervisory board

Proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has recommended that investors vote against the re-election of Hannover Re’s supervisory board chairman Torsten Leue at the reinsurer’s upcoming annual general meeting.
