PizzaExpress serves up Covid-19 BI legal suit against Axa and Liberty Mutual

UK restaurant chain PizzaExpress is suing Liberty Mutual’s Luxembourg-headquartered carrier and Europe’s second-largest insurance group Axa in yet another high-profile legal dispute over business interruption (BI) claims from the Covid-19 lockdowns.
