MS Amlin and New India targeted in fresh wave of Covid-19 BI disputes

A British cosmetics business is suing MS Amlin’s Lloyd’s unit for more than £100,000, becoming the latest in a new wave of policyholders seeking to claw back business interruption (BI) losses caused by the pandemic lockdowns.
