Iumi: More details needed on proposed Ukrainian government marine backstop

International Union of Marine Insurance (Iumi) president Frédéric Denèfle has said the marine market is awaiting further details around Ukrainian government proposals that would see it essentially act as a reinsurer for any parties willing to take on Black Sea shipping risks.
