Howden acquires Aston Lark to create £6bn GWP intermediary

Expansive broker Howden has announced the acquisition of Aston Lark from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and private equity firm Bowmark Capital in a deal that creates a UK intermediary managing over £6bn ($8.2bn) of gross written premium (GWP).
