Houston Rockets sues FM Global for Covid-19 payout on $400mn policy

The Houston Rockets and its owner Tilman Fertitta have sued Affiliated FM (AFM) over lost revenue from Covid-19, which adds to a growing list of business interruption (BI) lawsuits against the FM Global subsidiary.
