Hiscox Action Group’s lawyers blast delays over Covid BI payouts

Lawyers representing the Hiscox Action Group (HAG) and other disgruntled policyholders have accused insurance firms of delaying payouts over Covid-19-related business interruption (BI) claims, despite last month’s Supreme Court judgment and growing pressure from the UK regulator.
