GuideOne sues over alleged unplaced fac on “immensely significant” ONEOK loss

Iowa-based mutual insurer GuideOne has sued the reinsurance arm of London-based Howden Group, accusing the intermediary of failing to secure facultative reinsurance on a large account that then suffered a major loss this past July.
