Greggs and Zurich settle £150mn pandemic BI dispute

Greggs plc has reached an out-of-court settlement with insurer Zurich over its £150mn ($189mn) Covid-19 business interruption (BI) claim after the UK’s High Court substantially ruled in the bakery group’s favour in a landmark judgment late last year.
