Global Indemnity suspends sale process and adds Greenberg Traurig’s Karlinsky to BOD

Global Indemnity announced Thursday it has suspended its exploration of a sale or merger of either itself or insurance subsidiary Penn-America and has expanded the membership of its board of directors to seven with the appointment of Greenberg Traurig’s Fred Karlinsky.
