Aviva GI premium jumps 15% as CR slips on Canada cats

Aviva has reported a 15 percent jump in general insurance (GI) premiums for the first nine months of 2024, while the combined ratio deteriorated modestly to 96.8 percent following increased loss activity in Canada.
