Ascot hires Guy Carp’s Sevi as general counsel ahead of expected ’25 IPO

Ascot Group Limited has hired Michael Sevi from Guy Carpenter as general counsel and promoted John Gill to US general counsel, the latest moves the London-based firm has taken to fill out its corporate leadership team ahead of an expected IPO attempt in 2025.
