Argenta 2121 seeks 21% pre-emption as more syndicates push to grow stamp capacity in 2023

Argenta Syndicate 2121 is to seek a 21.2 percent pre-emption for 2023 which will take its stamp capacity to £800mn ($971mn), The Insurer can reveal.
