Arch Re promotes Doughty, Soares and Jal as Dragonetti’s role expands

Arch Re has promoted Crystal Doughty and William Soares to chief underwriting officers for property and casualty/specialty, respectively, while Pierre Jal has been handed a new senior role and Matthew Dragonetti has been given additional responsibilities.
