Obsidian adds California presence with Western Home acquisition
Hybrid fronting carrier Obsidian Insurance Holdings has added a second admitted carrier with the acquisition of Western Home Insurance Company from Western National Mutual Insurance Company in a move that adds a key Californian presence.
