Platinum Specialty’s IPC launches HNOA program with Obsidian

Platinum Specialty Underwriters’ IPC division has secured the AM Best A- capacity of hybrid fronting carrier Obsidian to launch an exclusive program dedicated to hired and non-owned auto (HNOA) insurance.
