777 Partners to sell film completion bond specialist FFI

Independent film production completion guarantee specialist Film Finances Inc (FFI) is to be acquired from its beleaguered parent 777 Partners by a newly formed investor group that includes two insurers, one of which is majority owned by Advantage Capital Partners (A-Cap).
