Eric Andersen

Co-President, Aon


Eric Andersen serves as Co-President of Aon plc, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. In this role, Eric oversees the Reinsurance Solutions and Retirement Solutions businesses, and assumes geographic leadership of EMEA and Latin America.

He also plays a key role as a member of Aon’s Global Executive Committee, which guides the operations of the firm, and he also co-leads Aon’s Operating Committee, with CoPresident Michael O’Connor.

Eric most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Aon Benfield, the world’s leading reinsurance intermediary and full-service capital advisor. Aon Benfield provides treaty and facultative brokerage service and advice, and provides investment banking, analytics, claims, and management consulting services and advice to insurance and reinsurance companies. In May 2018, Eric announced the start of a brand transition from Aon Benfield to Reinsurance Solutions.

Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Office of Aon Risk Solutions Americas, based in New York City. In this role, he was responsible for leading Aon’s largest geographic unit with 14,000 colleagues on teams in the United States, Canada, Bermuda and throughout Latin America.

Throughout his over 20-year career at Aon, Eric has served in a number of important leadership positions including Aon Risk Solutions U.S. retail field leader, Chief Executive Officer of Aon Global Americas’ global account segment, national co-Managing Director of Aon’s Financial Services Group, and Resident Managing Director of Aon in Southern California.

Eric first joined Aon in 1997 via the acquisition of Minet. Prior to that, Eric also worked in London for a period at Alexander Howden in London’s Devonshire Square.

Eric earned a MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

He sits on the board of Covenant House New Jersey, an organization that helps homeless, at-risk and runaway youth.

Aditya Dutt

President, RenaissanceRe Underwriting Managers, Ltd.

Senior Vice President and Treasurer, RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.


Aditya Dutt oversees Renaissance Underwriting Managers, Ltd. and RenaissanceRe Ventures Ltd., and serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Dutt’s responsibilities include structuring and managing RenaissanceRe’s joint ventures, including DaVinci Re, Top Layer Re, Upsilon Fund and Medici Fund. Additionally, Mr. Dutt directs RenaissanceRe’s portfolio of strategic investments and insurance-linked securities. As Treasurer, Mr. Dutt is responsible for managing RenaissanceRe’s capital structure and other funding needs, in addition to oversight of the Investor Relations function.

Prior to joining RenaissanceRe in 2008, Mr. Dutt worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and currently serves as a Director of Langhorne Holdings LLC, Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. and Essent Group Ltd. (NYSE: ESNT).

Greg Hendrick

Chief Executive Officer, Axa XL


Greg Hendrick is Chief Executive of AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA.

Previously, he served as President, Property and Casualty of XL Catlin where he also held a number of senior positions including Chief Executive of Reinsurance, Chief Executive of Insurance, Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth, President and Chief Underwriting Officer for XL Re Ltd and Vice President of US Property Underwriting for XL Mid Ocean Reinsurance Ltd.

Before joining XL Group, Greg was Assistant Vice President of Treaty Underwriting for the Winterthur Reinsurance Corporation of America.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, from St. John’s University in 1987 with a major in Mathematics. He is married with two children.

Jennifer Rigby

Chief Operations Officer, Lloyd's


Jennifer Rigby was appointed as Chief Operations Officer at Lloyd’s in July 2019 and her remit includes Group Technology, Business Transformation, Global Operations, Group Procurement, Data, Innovation, IT and Corporate Real Estate.

Jennifer joined Lloyd’s in May 2017 as Chief Information Officer, leading on technology transformation, cyber security and innovation as part of Lloyd’s overall strategy. Under her leadership, IT costs have reduced significantly, and she has played an important role in delivering an ambitious portfolio of digital change initiatives including the technology that underpins Lloyd’s Brussels. She has also managed day-to-day technology services globally, including the network, data centres and several shared services.

Previously Jennifer has held several senior roles in the public sector and was awarded IT Transformation of the Year at the Women in IT Awards in 2016 during her time at O2 - Telefonica.

Mark E. Watson III

CEO, Argo Group


Mark E. Watson III invested in Argo Group’s predecessor company, Argonaut Group, in 1998, joined its Board of Directors in 1999 and has served as President and CEO since 2000. Prior to joining Argonaut, Mr. Watson was a founding partner of Aquila Capital Partners, a Texas-based venture capital firm focused on technology and life sciences companies. Before founding Aquila, Mr. Watson was an Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Titan Holding Inc., a NYSE-listed property and casualty insurance group, from 1992 until its acquisition in 1997 by USF&G Corporation. From 1989 to 1991, he was an Associate Attorney with Kroll & Tract, a New York law firm focusing on international financial services clientele. In 1989, Mr. Watson was a Legislative Aide in the Texas Senate. Mr. Watson graduated with a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University of Texas, School of Law. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
