Zywave confirms Advisen acquisition and sets sights on more M&A
Zywave has confirmed the acquisition of commercial P&C-focused data, media and tech solutions provider Advisen, a move first revealed by The Insurer, as it set its sights on further expansion, including M&A, following a major buy-in from private equity firm Clearlake Capital.
