Zurich sues hospital owner MPT over $266mn flood claim

Zurich has sued Medical Properties Trust (MPT) seeking a declaration that the total recovery of losses from the flooding of a Massachusetts hospital cannot exceed its policy’s $100mn flood sublimit.
