Zurich beats operator of 400 restaurants in US Covid-19 BI case
A Florida district court judge has dismissed a case brought against Zurich by First Watch, a restaurant chain with over 400 locations, which had sued for Covid-19-related business interruption losses on a policy with limits of $215mn in property damage and $81mn in time element coverage.
