Zaffino to take over as AIG CEO in March 2021 as life separation announced
Peter Zaffino has been named AIG CEO, effective 1 March next year, with Brian Duperreault set to become executive chairman, as the insurance giant also announced it will separate its life and retirement business in a move it said will simplify its corporate structure and unlock “significant value”.
