WTW’s Chang: Traditional ways of doing property insurance “are not working right now”
WTW’s Michael Chang has suggested that new ways of approaching property insurance are needed or carriers could lose major customers for good, with his fellow panellists from FM Global, RT Specialty and Zurich North America at the Zywave Property Insights Conference calling it a “head scratcher” that some are not making money in the hard market.
