WTW wins temporary injunction against Lockton and Miami defectors
A Florida judge has issued a temporary injunction in favour of Willis Towers Watson (WTW) that for a period of 24 months prevents Lockton from taking business covered by restrictive covenants governing the Fred Zutel-led team that defected from WTW’s Miami office last month, until further order of the court.
