WTW to “aggressively” recruit to replace lost talent
Willis Towers Watson will “aggressively” recruit to replace some of the talent lost during the last 16 months of uncertainty before its deal with Aon collapsed, as the firm’s CEO John Haley said it will continue to manage retention through incentives, despite bonuses related to the transaction being pulled.
