Woodruff Sawyer: SCA settlements in H1 2023 surpass last year’s FY total

While US securities class action filings have increased only modestly in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period of last year, a new report from Woodruff Sawyer shows that the SCA settlements paid out in H1 are already 29 percent higher than for the whole of 2022.
