Willis Re to rebrand as Gallagher Re once $3.25bn+ deal completes

The industry’s third-largest reinsurance broker Willis Re will be rebranded as Gallagher Re once its drawn-out $3.25bn+ sale to Arthur J Gallagher completes shortly.
