Westfield pushes back on “scant facts” in Sompo Intl hiring lawsuit
Westfield and its new specialty business have responded to a Sompo International lawsuit over the alleged “lift-out” of a group of employees, stating in a letter to the judge in the case that “factual allegations describing Westfield’s conduct are entirely absent from the complaint”.
