Virginia judge hits State Farm with first class certification in a US Covid-19 case

In what is believed to be the first grant of class certification in a US Covid-19 business interruption case, a Virginia district court judge has ruled that class action treatment is appropriate in a case brought by a spa owner against State Farm.
