Venbrook buys RD Parisi and DMA as total revenues go “well over $100mn”
Privately held US intermediary Venbrook Group has bought New Jersey-based employee benefits specialist RD Parisi and independent adjuster David Morse and Associates (DMA) as it continues to expand its platform following last year’s investment from Parthenon Capital.
